What is your return policy on bits?

If you are not happy with your product, return the item with the reason for returning and a copy of the sales receipt. Return your shipment via US Mail or UPS; insured and prepaid within 30 days of the date you received the product. You will receive a refund, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.  Items must show no use, be undamaged, and in resalable condition. No returns will be accepted over 30 days! 
Special order bits cannot be returned unless defective in workmanship, then repair or replacement will be done at the manufacturers discretion. 

We will not accept bits for return that have been in a horses mouth. This policy is to protect everyone from the threat of infectious disease.

Can I get a bit shipped to me overnight?

Normally, no! The reason is that we do not stock all of the over 8,000 combinations of bits we have on the website. We order them daily from 8 different distributors and manufactures. Some of the bits only take two days to get to us, others 7 to 12 days. As a general rule, the letters in front of the part number will give you an idea of our delivery time (to us, not you).
